Dr. Olson has been around veterinary medicine all his life. His father was a prominent veterinarian in Salina, and he spent many, many hours observing and helping around his father’s hospital as a young man. Dr. Olson received his undergraduate BS in Biology from The University of Kansas in 1979 and went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Kansas State University in 1983.
Dawn has been in the animal health care industry for over nine years. She enjoys spending time with her nephew, Desmond and niece, Emma.
She likes spending time outside, hiking, camping and winter sports.
Dawn likes spoiling her 2 dogs, Scout a 6 year old Boxer, and Finley a 3 year old Meramma Sheepdog. She volunteers her time doing pet therapy with her registered pet therapy dog, Scout. They visit rehab centers, elementary schools and libraries.
She is enjoying exploring the local parks an other recreation Wichita has to offer.
Sarah joined the Village Animal Hospital staff in the Spring of 2009. Combining her love of animals with her desire to provide excellent customer service is a dream come true. Born and raised in Wichita, Sarah was home schooled from 2nd grade through graduation. She then attended Wichita State university, where her love of writing led to studying Print Journalism and Communication.
