An Update From Village Animal Hospital

We want to sincerely thank you for your patience over the last few months, as we complied with Covid-19 guidelines and precautions. We feel fortunate to have remained open during this time, as we continued to provide you with the medications or special diets your pets required, as well as care for sick patients.
We want to update you and let you know that we are ready to cautiously move forward and resume a more normal schedule. Here's what you need to know!

  • We ask for your patience in the coming weeks, as we try to keep space in our schedule to allow for social distancing between clients and sanitizing between appointments.
  • Sarah has rescheduled or left messages with all of our clients who were on the waiting list to be seen for routine care or immunizations. If you feel we missed you somehow or you haven't had a chance to call us back, please do so at your earliest convenience so we can book your pet's appointment.
  • While we work to catch up on routine appointments, we will be delaying most anesthetic procedures for a few more weeks. If you are on the waiting list for an appointment of this nature, we will be calling you soon!
  • You are welcome to wear a mask when you visit us, but it is not required. We do ask that you please limit the number of humans accompanying your pet to 1.
  • Paying over the phone for food and medication pick-ups is still encouraged. And we are still happy to bring your purchases out to you.
  • In an effort to limit the number of people in the clinic at one time, we are still discouraging walk-ins. Please call ahead for an appointment.
  • Please let us know if you have any concerns or are uncomfortable accompanying your pet inside. We are more than happy to provide a curbside drop-off/pick-up service for any of our clients.
  • If you or someone you've been in contact with feels unwell, please call us to discuss how we can proceed with seeing your pet safely.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to give us a call. 316-689-0202 We look forward to seeing you and your pets!
